The NFL is expected to announce Monday that the Patriots will play the Dallas Cowboys on Monday Night Football, according to a report from the Boston Herald.
The Patriots will be without linebacker Jamie Collins, who is currently serving a six-game suspension for violating the league’s performance-enhancing drug policy, and safety Devin McCourty.
Collins missed the first six games of the season with a knee injury, and McCourity was placed on injured reserve after undergoing microfracture surgery on his right knee in late December.
The Cowboys will also be without defensive tackle J.J. Wilcox, who will miss the game with a shoulder injury, according a report by ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Dallas is without safety J.T. Thomas, who has been sidelined since mid-November with a hip injury, as well as linebacker Kiko Alonso, who had surgery on the same knee on November 25.
